In love with F45 and not just the workouts, the staff! I started just shy of three weeks ago. I was super nervous and it felt intimidating. With in two seconds of walking through the doors the trainers greeted me and were so friendly. The workouts are amazing. This is by far the best gym I have ever gone to. It’s fast paced and you always leave feeling better than yesterday!!
The trainers will motivate you and are always there to help which was the biggest benefit in my opinion! You always have someone there to hold you accountable and help cheer you on! The energy and community is second to none!
